Normal carousel

This is col 12 by default. It also supports col-10, col-8 and col-6.
I have a question for this do we want to stretch it end to end (veiwport width 100).

Scrolling Section

This one is on col-10.
The other sizes it supports are col-12, col-8, and col-6 for desktop view. The mobile view is fixed, though.
